  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request is made within 07 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 03 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Optilubes@gmail.com


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Reason for return
