  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If there are delays due to high demand or stock issues, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. (Charges Applied 5.99£)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above 50£.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.


3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to UK.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note:

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or unforeseen events.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs may apply.
  • Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 07 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s).
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
